Cleo grew up in Los Angeles. She is majoring in biology and will graduate in 2020. When she’s not thinking of ways to save the world through sustainable materials, she enjoys cooking, eating, climbing, dancing, and soaking up sun.
Cleo’s research, which started in February 2019, focuses on synthesizing nanocomposites from diblock co-polymer grafted to cellulose nanocrystals.
