Lily was born and raised in Boca Raton, Florida. She attended the University of Florida where she received her B.S. in Chemistry in May 2022. While at the University of Florida she worked under Professor Brent Sumerlin looking at cross-linked networks. Lily joined the Pritzker School of Molecular Engineering in the Fall of 2022 where she is advised by Professor Stuart Rowan.
Lily’s current research focuses on dynamic composites with cellulose nanocrystals as fillers to try and access pluripotent materials.
